The villa is located in a newly built area in a quiet location, about 10 KM from Porec. Very good restaurants and small supermarkets are in the direct neighborhood. A larger shopping center (Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine, TEDi, New Yorker, …) is very easy to reach by car.
